Red, White & Blue Sliders

With the 4th of July right around the corner, I thought I’d make something red, white and {sort of} blue that doesn’t take much effort at all, that isn’t a dessert {I know, shocking…} and will have your taste buds singing praises. Friends, meet my Summer Strawberry Sliders with Blue Cheese Sauce. Read: Not plain boring burgers I’ve made mini. They’re perfect for BlogHer’s Summer Entertaining series, brought to you by Home Depot.

Yes, I have done it. Strawberries. On a baby burger. With cool and creamy blue cheese sauce. Weird? Perhaps….but in a completely amazing and different way that will make you wonder “Why the blank did I never think of this before?”—>true story. I have fallen in love with these pretty little things and I don’t care who knows it. My husband has also fallen in love with these. So has my 3 year old. But I think she likes them ’cause they’re itty bitty.

Red, White & Blue Sliders

Moral of the story: people will sing your praises if you feed them these. I give you permission to say “Why yes I know I’m a rock star. Thank you for noticing how utterly awesome I am.” Forreals people.

Anyways, ENJOY! Have a happy and safe 4th!
