One Month of Healthy Dinner Ideas for Kids

Get 31 recipes for Healthy Dinners that your kids will LOVE! Super palatable, beautiful and delicious dinners that will set you up for a full month of healthy eating success!

January is upon us! That means the good majority of you are on your way to healthier eating.

I am kinda/sorta always on that healthy eating train because I develop recipes for a living…meaning I eat a lot of food. Anything I can do to offset all the desserts I eat is a good good thing.

So, I thought I would pull together a list of some of my kids’ favorite meals that I’ve made several times over. Most are my recipes, but some are from other bloggers. THEY’RE ALL GOOD! Think lots of veggies, low fat, sometimes low carb and all super flavorful.

If you’ve tried any of these recipes before, leave me a note below! I’d love to hear!

Happy eating 🙂

  2. Hi Lauren! This is a great set of recipes – thank you for the collection. Question for you, would you consider doing a post on finger food ideas/sizes that you serve Eddie? I have a little one that’s two months younger than him and I’d love some tips from another Mom. You’re the best!
