No-Bake Nutter Butter Nutella Pie
Ok, guys! While I’m in Chicago, I thought I would post a recipe that was just featured on my friend, Jenna’s blog: EatLiveRun {she just did a guest post, remember?!} Anyways, this is what I made for her site that I thought you all would want to know about!No-Bake Nutter Butter Nutella Pie! Yes, you read that correctly! Nutter Butter cookies AND Nutella all whipped up into a fabulous dessert that takes minutes to make. When I went grocery shopping and came home with a jar of nutella and a pack of nutter butters, I really had no intentions of using them together….but then this brilliant idea popped into my head and I just HAD to make it. Have I gone off the deep end?! Perhaps, but at least you all get to reap the benefits! You’re welcome in advance.
Above I mentioned that this takes minutes to make and it honestly does. All you do is grind your nutter butter cookies, mix them with a little melted butter and press into your pie pan. Then you whip the filling ingredients together for a few minutes and pour it into the crust. Refrigerate it for a few hours and voila! Dessert! You can make a nutella ganache if you like, but I thought the plain version was just as good. So, make sure to stop at the store for some nutella and nutter butters! You are not going to want to miss out on this!
FYI-I fly home Monday, so on Wednesday I’ll have all the details of my visit to Chicago, the Oprah show and lots of other fun stuff!
