3-Ingredient Nutella Doughnuts
I’ve got a new giveaway posted, ya’ll! I’m giving away a Cooking Essentials Kit from The Pioneer Woman! Definitely worth your time to enter
Check it out HERE.
Can you believe it’s the weekend already? It feels like a Tuesday. At least to me it does. Does it feel like any other day of the week but Friday to you? Weird. Stupid 4th of July messing me up. Why do we even have to celebrate our independence anyways? Good grief.
**I don’t like change.
Anyways, since it’s the weekend {allegedly}, I thought you all could use some shugah. I don’t know about you, but I use the weekends for two things and two things only: my long run and eating treats I’ve been dreaming about all week. When I post any sweet/buttery/cheesy/non-vegetable recipe, typically it’s been made Saturday or Sunday. I’d say 94% of the time, that’s 100% the truth.
I made these on a Saturday if I’m not mistaken. Although, it could have been a Thursday since all my days are jacked up. I needed a 4th treat and didn’t have a whole lot to work with. So, I put my thinking cap on and came up with these beauties. Surely you have ALL this stuff on hand for you to make these too. Super yummy and so ridiculously easy that my 3 year old could do these on her own. I kid you not. Nutella, eggs, flour. Bowl. Stir. Bake. Top with more nutella.
So easy that I didn’t take step by step photos. Or my laziness has reached all new highs. Or is that lows?
Moral of the story: I like nutella. I like doughnuts. I like nutella and doughnuts together. I am lazy.
I’m so philosophical.
3-Ingredient Nutella Doughnuts
yield: 6 doughnuts
Print This Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 cup nutella + more for glazing
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
6 tablespoons all purpose flour
hazelnuts {optional}
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray doughnut pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
In small bowl, combine nutella, egg, egg yolk and flour until smooth batter forms. Spoon evenly into pans and spread batter around to fill cavities evenly. Bake 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool completely. Spread more nutella over tops of doughnuts and garnish with chopped hazelnuts if desired. Serve.

Made these today:) SSSOOOOOO GOOOODDDDD!!!! I seriously dont even know how to describe the yummyness. And so simple!! The only thing I had to adjust was to turn them into cupcakes because I dont have a doughnut pan. This is the first thing I’ve tried from your website since I only just recently discovered it and I cant wait to try more!

do you think this recipe would work in a mini cupcake maker? I don’t have any interest in turning on the oven in this heat – but wondered if maybe making cupcake bites with this would be just as good. hmmmm…..
