Double Chocolate Candy Cane Kiss Cookies

Dear Santa,

I’ve been a good girl this year. Not an over-achiever, but I’d say pretty good. I know I could do better…blah blah blah… so I’m not expecting much from you. Plus I’m an adult and I know you make the rounds for the kids. But hopefully {since my wish list isn’t very long} I’ll see those 3 gifts under my tree Sunday morning.

As incentive to come to our house, I’ve enclosed some photos of the cookies I will have here waiting for you.  They are called Chewy Jumbo Double Chocolate Candy Cane Kiss Cookies and I’ve purposely made them with extra chocolate, extra candy, extra love and packed them full of calories….’cause that Mrs. Clause likes you burley.

Here is what I will do on the evening of the 24th:

{1}Gather my ingredients–>do you guys get Scharffen Berger up at the North Poll?

I made these with dairy-free margarine and subbed the kisses and chocolate pieces for candy cane chunks and they were so so good and best of all completely dairy free!! thanks lauren!!

Yum! I love big cookies, especially when they are nice and soft in the center. Your recipe sounds divine, I bookmarked this recipe for next year’s holiday season.

    Merry Christmas!

    these cookies look perfect!

and thanks for the camera info in your tweet yesterday. I have the 50mm 1.8 lens but never use it! I use my 24-70mm but everyone gets such great results w/ their Nifty Fifty, I should dust mine off!

Thank you for all of the spectacular recipes! I can’t wait to try these. I need to get one of those muffin top pans…probably too late to add it to this year’s list though. Bummer. I’m sure Santa and Mrs. Claus are going to make sure you get exactly what’s on your list;o) I bet you are a favorite stop!
