Everyday ingredients – Extraordinary food

What’s popular on Pinterest!

Well hello, friends!

We’ve been playing hard on vacation these last few days and are ready to get home this afternoon! I hate to say it, but I’m excited to get there. Living out of hotel rooms can get tricky with a 3 year old….especially when her parents forgot her baby doll {“pink baby”} that she cannot seem to part with. What were they thinking?

On the second day of the trip, we got smart and let her pick out a stuffed animal to use in place of pink baby. What did she pick? A small stuffed salmon fish. Any guesses on what she called it?

Easter hunt.

Yes, that is the fish’s name. Easter hunt.

It was either that or Mayonnaise. So in retrospect, I’m happy with her choice.

ANYWAYS, since I’m great at planning ahead….NOT….I’ve decided to do a fun post on what recipes from my site seem to be trending these last few weeks. Pin away, friends :)

1. Pumpkin Cream Oreo Tarts. These are heaven, guys. HEAVEN. And no bake wonders.

Hope you guys have been having a great vacation!

I have friend who names all her pets food related names. Maybe Mayonnaise would have been better in retrospect since she could have called bunny “May”? I’m not sure how to shorten Easter Hunt!

Haha!! I love 3 year olds. Mine has a little seahorse that she got for her first Christmas, but never liked it back then. But then in the last few months, she has become extremely attached and will not go anywhere without it. Gotta love it!!

And all of these are calling to me – especially those yeasted waffles. I’ve always wanted to try yeasted waffles!

Your recipes never cease to make me drool all over my keyboard. And Easter Hunt sounds like a perfectly logical, perfectly normal name for a stuffed salmon :)

Omg, just when I thought I had seen all of your lemon-obsession-fueling recipes, those lemon creme brulee tarts come out of the wood work! Mouth drooling.
