Warm Italian Chicken Sandwich
Well, it’s that time again for another video! Before I left on Christmas vacation, I got sent a package from Kraft full of these new products {that aren’t even on the shelves yet} called ‘cooking cream’ by Philadelphia. So, here’s the deal with these: Kraft sent me these products to try, experiment with and test recipes with. Then we were to make videos of us cooking one of these new recipes. If my video gets chosen, my recipe will be on the back of the cooking cream containers once they are being sold in stores! How cool is that? So, here’s a quick video of me using their Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Cream. Once these creams are sold in stores, they are going to go like hot cakes because they are so versatile and delicious! I tell you, they are going to get so popular that you’re going to want to get yours in bulk! Seriously! Philadelphia Cooking Creams will be available in stores in the next few months, so keep your eyes peeled!

This sounds really good !! Good Luck on gettin your recipe on the back of the container !! Too bad the Cooking Cream is not available now… this would be a great recipe for Super Bowl !!
I made your enchilada recipe over the weekend and really enjoyed it. I brought the last one to work for lunch !! I used the corn tortillas rather than flour because I prefer them. Do you think I could freeze the enchiladas ? and if so would I freeze them before cooking them in the oven ?
Thanks ~ I love your site, I just found it and wish I had found it earlier. !!
