Sneak Peek!
I’m not sure if you guys remember a few weeks back when I told you all that I had won a cooking contest! Well, I got the proof in the mail! My recipe for Easy Minestrone is going to be published in the Aug/Sept issue of Healthy Cooking Magazine. The publishing company wanted me to have one of the first copies.
