S\'mores Sundae Banana SplitWe just got back from Seattle and are getting into the swing of things while *trying* to get over some colds {no fun!} so I’m going to make this quick. While staying with some friends, I pulled this little treat together one afternoon and we all became a little obsessed.

Basically this is a banana split hybrid on crack. I split some bananas down the middle, toasted some marshmallows up on top then covered the whole thing with graham crackers, ice cream, hot fudge, and whipped cream. HEAVEN I TELL YOU! My life has been changed. I’m pretty sure going into that Ben & Jerry’s store has ruined me for life. I have gotten Ben & Jerry’s before, but never Peanut Butter Cup and/or Karamel Sutra. YES. Those two flavors are life changing and are the ones I used in this dessert. So so good! Of course vanilla or chocolate would delicious too. I’m not persnickety when it comes to ice cream.

Here are the step by step photos incase you got a little confused with all that cold-medicine hazy talk. {see above}

Banana S\'moresStart by slicing a banana in half lengthwise and then crosswise. Place on a baking sheet cut side up. Top with a few marshmallow pieces and stick under the broiler to get toasty.

Ben and Jerry\'s Peanut Butter Cup and Karamel Sutra Ice Cream PintsNow, to assemble. Stick some graham crackers in with the bananas, drizzle with hot fudge and top with ice cream.

Smuckers Hot Fudge ToppingAnd more hot fudge.

S\'mores Sundae Banana SplitAnd cream. Hello 5 minute dessert. How are you?

Here’s the printable. Have a great Monday, friends! I’ll try not to infect you with my cold through the interwebs…

    Wow, it’s been a few months since I even had a banana split. And I’ve never made one. Obviously, that’s something that needs to change.

    I love the different ice creams!
