Saint Cupcakes {Portland, OR}

Remember when I raved all about Little Big Burger last week? Well, right after we were finished stuffing our faces there, we decided to top our day off with some cupcakes. Cause I’m a fat kid at heart.

And pregnant.

Anyways, Saint Cupcake is one of the really great cupcake shops in Portland that I’ve only heard good things about….so we ventured out to pick some up! 
You can get regular sized cupcakes or these mini ones. We wanted to try a bunch so we just got the minis. They had the regular chocolate and vanilla flavors, but my favorites were the specialty kinds. Gordon’s favorite was this salted caramel chocolate cupcake. It was amazing!!
My daughter loved the Red Velvet…probably because it was red. And had sprinkles. She actually ended up claiming her favorite to be all the cupcakes that had sprinkles….so all of them! Haha!  I loved their cream cheese frosting and this chocolate cupcake was calling my name because of the frosting. Great classic combo. One of my readers recommended the coconut cupcake and boy oh boy was that good!! I love coconut!
My very favorite of the day? The carrot cupcake with cream cheese frosting. It was spicy and moist and one of the best bites at the store {in my opinion….} All in all a successful trip! Obviously they were good since we left nothing but the wrappers!
