Pink Lemonade French Macarons

Pink Lemonade Macarons 1 Hey guys! I’m traveling back to Portland today so, this is going to be brief….BUT! I’ve been testing and testing these macarons out for a while now and finally have mastered them! AAAAAND! As a bonus, I made them pink lemonade flavored :) How fun is that?

I made them for a mini virtual baby shower for Caitlin Wilson. I’m a contributor over at her blog and thought these would be perfect to celebrate her little girl…..coming soon!

Have a great day, friends!

These look amazing. I have never even tasted a macaron and I’m dying to do so. I have searched and can’t find out where I can buy some and it’s not like I live in a tiny country bumpkin town…I live just a smidge north of Houston for Pete’s sake…the 4th largest city in the country…and I can’t find any dang macarons LOL. Well to be honest I haven’t looked in the hoity toity parts of town…just closer to me..I mean Houston is HUGE and I’m not going to drive an hour just to taste some cookies lol. Feel free to toss some of these yummy critters my way lol.

These were AMAZING! Had an urge to make macaroons, instantly resorted to Pintrest, these were first to catch my eye, quickly looking at the recipe/ingredients, noticing how simple they were, and taking a bite after finished…. WOW. Perfection… definitely using this one again… and again.
