I couldn’t resist entering. I really need two of these. Honestly. :)

My favorite? Ugh… that’s such a hard choice and depends on the day! I just made David Lebovitz’s Lemon Buttermilk Sherbet (posting soon!) that I completely fell in love with. I’m not even a big lemon person, but I loved the tart and tang of the buttermilk mixed in.

We don’t have an ice cream maker, so I have to go with one of two brand name favorites. First would be Hagen Daaz’s Cinnamon Dulce de Leche – if you haven’t tried it, you should because it’s AWESOME. Second is a smaller brand but very delicious, Graeter’s Toffee Chip.

What flavor? How about anything made with Splenda and not sugar. I’ve always liked cookies ‘n cream but then the cookies would have to be no-sugar too… It’s all yummy!

my favorite flavor of ice cream is cherry Bordeaux. It’s a vanilla based cherry ice cream with delicious cherry halves dotted throughout. I’m thinking they are wine-soaked cherries, but I really don’t know since I don’t drink or cook with wine…so…all I know is they’re juicy and wine would explain the ‘bordeaux’ in the title.

Mmmm…brownie batter! I’m actually considering trying this without an ice cream maker! :)

There is an ice cream flavor that I’ve just discovered at our local shop – called Graham Central Station. It’s graham cracker ice cream with crushed graham crackers and chocolate covered graham cracker pieces. To die for!
