Announcement!
About a month ago, I entered a recipe into a contest to be on TV. Well, I found out today that my recipe was picked which means that I’m going to be on Good Morning America demo-ing my Chocolate Cream Cheese Peppermint Bars with Sandra Lee! Hope you all can tune in this coming Tuesday morning!

awesome stuff madame. I’m not surprised…what with your fab recipes I’m sure you will end up with your own book deal and/or tv show. Just make sure after each time you serve up the food at the end, make a BUHHH sound for old time’s sake, yes?
Also, do you have a dinner recipe up your sleeve for someone like me (read INCOMPETENT IN THE KITCHEN)? Something that would be healthy and tasty, but not too complicated and not too much prep time? Remember my idea of cooking is defrosting a frozen pizza.

As soon as my son wakes from his nap, we are heading to the grocery store for the ingredients for these bars!! I have not been able to get them out of my head since watching the show!!
